These Terms of Service apply to the ordering, purchase, and delivery of products and services from Spertaservo Private Limited (hereafter referred to as “Spertaservo” or “Seller”). This website is managed and operated by Spertaservo Private Limited, which assumes all responsibilities and liabilities for its operation.
Products and services are available for purchase exclusively in India.
Orders
By placing an order with Spertaservo, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Upon receiving your order, we will send an email confirmation (“Order Confirmation”) detailing your order. Please note that this confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. All orders are subject to acceptance, and Spertaservo reserves the right to decline or limit orders at our sole discretion. Reasons for order refusal or limitation may include, but are not limited to:
- Non-acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
- Incomplete or inaccurate information provided by you
- Payment issues
- Product availability or restrictions on the quantity ordered
- Orders suspected of resale, bulk purchases, or any fraudulent activity
In the event of an error affecting your order (e.g., pricing or availability), we reserve the right to inform you of the correct information and allow you to proceed with or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel, any payment made will be refunded.
Prices and Promotions
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes and delivery charges, unless otherwise specified. Promotions and discounts are subject to availability and may not be combined with other offers.
Payments
We accept payments via secure methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, electronic wallets, and net banking. Once the transaction is completed, you will be charged the total amount specified at checkout. By completing a transaction, you enter into a legally binding agreement with Spertaservo to purchase the specified products or services.
Refunds will be issued only in cases of damaged or defective items, where repair or replacement is not feasible. Refunds, once authorized, will be credited within three weeks and will only be in INR.
Order Fulfillment and Delivery
Spertaservo or an authorized partner will handle the fulfillment of orders. Deliveries are restricted to addresses within India. Please verify your address details carefully, as we will not be liable for delays or errors caused by inaccurate address information. Products will typically be delivered within a maximum of six weeks, and we will keep you informed in case of delays.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the shipment for any visible damage. For any damaged product, please note the nature of the damage on the delivery receipt, and contact our customer service within 24 hours of receipt.
Cancellations
You may cancel or modify your order before receiving an Order Confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain conditions, including but not limited to: payment issues, incorrect product information, bulk purchases, or suspected misuse. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within a reasonable time frame.
Product Warranty
Products are covered under standard warranties provided by the manufacturers. Spertaservo does not assume any liability beyond these warranties.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spertaservo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the website or products.
Title and Risk
Title to purchased products transfers to you upon delivery. Risk of loss or damage also passes to you at that point.
Privacy
Spertaservo is committed to protecting your privacy and will collect, process, and store personal information in compliance with applicable laws and our Privacy Policy. Your information may be shared with third-party service providers for order fulfillment, customer support, and legal compliance.
General Provisions
Spertaservo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of Mumbai courts. Any invalid provision shall not affect the validity of remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force.
